Almost everyone out there must have a ton of questions about starting a strength routine. Does it work? Can I substitute exercise X with machine Y? How fast should I be growing? What kind of foods do I have to eat? Who’s the guy who started this movement? And the list of questions goes on…

To answer the most basic questions, I’m going to direct everyone to this forum thread found on the forums (member kethnaab). I have included some of the top questions on my site for archival purposes. Most of these answers should be credited to him.
